I'm sure you've seen this, but I haven't!
I truly wish I had seen the movie that this was taken from but I'm pretty sure I can sum up my review in 6 words. Karate Midget Interpol Agent...Fucking Genius. This is also a classic example of how foreign countries don't shun their freaks, they make ridiculous movies starring them.

Got one third through before I stopped. The production values made me queasy....
That video is from a mix of 2 movies by an actor named Weng Weng. He is a Philipino actor with a gland disorder. The movies are named "Impossible Kid" and "Agent 00"
